These are pretty good, Cole loves to have them for breakfast.

- This blog was created so people can follow my journey to being healthy, and hopefully be inspired. Not only do I want to be healthy, I want to try and get my family eating healthier. With a very picky Meat and potatoes type husband this will be more of a challenge. My 3 year old son Cole is really following in his fathers footsteps, so I have hurdles that need to be overcome. I am trying to focus mainly on myself and slowly introduce more and more healthier foods to their meals.
